Said housing association need to be made accountable for their actions. The Senior Housing Officer appearing unannounced at a tenant’s door is not acceptable behaviour. Nor is taking public money then excluding residents from projects.
PSNI resources should not be used to try to intimidate residents, and the said housing association should not condone it.
